Bills of materials as deep as your product
Put assemblies inside assemblies, as many levels as it takes. Every line shows what a build needs, what’s on the shelf, what’s on order and what it costs, so you see a shortage before it stops the floor.
niftyMRP keeps your parts, bills of materials, purchasing, work orders and stock in one place. It works the day you sign up, and it’s shaped around your shop as you grow.
$425 CAD a month for your whole team. Month to month.
Real screens from niftyMRP with demo data, retaken automatically each time the software changes.
Nothing to install and no modules to add later. Everything a small manufacturer runs on is already there:
Put assemblies inside assemblies, as many levels as it takes. Every line shows what a build needs, what’s on the shelf, what’s on order and what it costs, so you see a shortage before it stops the floor.
The Flow view follows each work order from the parts it needs to the customer order it ships on. Point at a work order and its whole chain lights up: ready, waiting on a purchase order, or still missing a build.
niftyMRP subtracts what’s in stock and already on order, picks each part’s preferred supplier and best price break, respects minimum order quantities, and groups the result into one draft PO per supplier. A part with no supplier yet is flagged right where it blocks work.
Receive a delivery, count a bin or look up a part from the phone in your pocket. Print QR labels for parts and bins; scan one and the part opens.
There are no per-seat fees, so nobody shares a login. Add the whole team, from the front office to the receiving dock.
Because everyone has their own account, the activity log can tell you who did what and when: a receipt posted, a count corrected, an order placed, a build completed.
Every month includes four hours of changes made for your shop. Small businesses don’t fit a template, so the software bends to you, not the other way round:
Anyone on your team can send an idea from the Suggest button on any page. It goes on a list we work through together.
Your company gets its own server and database, in a data centre close to where you work.
Every change is copied off-site as it happens, so your data can be restored to any moment.
Security patches go on nightly, and improvements arrive without you lifting a finger.
Month to month, no contract. If you ever leave, you get a full copy of your data to take with you.
Hosting, maintenance and four hours a month of customization and improvements, for your whole team. No setup fee: we import your parts and bills of materials to get you started.
Need more than four hours in a month? Extra hours are $75 CAD each.
Prices in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Included hours reset each month and don’t roll over. Month to month; cancel any time.

Send us your parts list and bills of materials, in a spreadsheet or whatever you have. We import them at no charge, so you start with your own data, not an empty screen.
Anything that makes niftyMRP fit your shop better: new fields, reports, label formats, changes to how a screen works, or help getting your team going. Hours reset each month and don’t roll over. Extra hours are $75 CAD.

Yes. Every page works on a phone, and receiving and stock counts are designed for use on the floor.
No. Each supplier has its own currency. Purchase orders show both, and totals convert to Canadian dollars at the Bank of Canada rate on the day you place the order.
What you make, and how you keep track of it today. We’ll get back to you about whether niftyMRP is a good fit.
